ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL !
$100 security deposit paid at booking is used to secure your date and cover equipment costs in the event an item(s) gets broken or gets excessively dirty !
THIS DEPOSIT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR PLAY PACKAGE OR DELIVERY FEE.
If the rules below are being followed you will receive 100% of your deposit back within 48 Hours After Your Event.
There should be no food,drinks,candy, cake etc inside of the play area. Shoes should remain off as the children play on equipment.
We DO NOT offer refunds‼️
We do offer transfers if you shall cancel your event for any reason you have up to a 1 year to reschedule with the same deposit !

Please book the exact time that your party starts. Allow An Hour before your event for staff to Set-up Equipment.
